Gas Dryer
The shell, transition and connector are manufactured from patented special stones that are manufactured produced for gas-fired drying ovens and have been improved continuously over the years. They possess a coarse-grained structure and greater mechanical strength. They are processed with special mortar. The frontage is constructed with insulating tamping clay that is both coarse-grained and heatproof.
The flame cone is implemented in two different casting compounds that have different granulation, thermal stability and insulating properties.
Mella + Menzi AG construction is provided with a double wall. The hollow space serves as insulation and is also required to preheat the air. The transition from the oven to the connector, with specially shaped bricks, rises evenly.
