Heating and Forging Furnaces

Modern and cost-effective skilled work that can be done without expensive cast-iron fittings. At the same time, the base makes a convenient workbench.

It has four-fold plating of varying thermal stability and insulating properties, and is dry-laid with the final layer of insulation, with special stones polished on all sides. (up to 1400°C, or 2550°F).

Individual parts may be exchanged as desired. Smoke outlets are installed in such a way so as not to weaken the burner wall. The Mella + Menzi AG forging furnace is partially lined, tamped and casted. It exhibits a very high degree of effectiveness and it never has to be completely brick-lined.
